Ewing Self offer the security of a HOMEBUYERS SURVEY, which is to the standard format of the R.I.C.S. (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or a more comprehensive GENERAL BUILDING SURVEY. The Building Survey goes into greater detail and is much more extensive than the Homebuyer Report and includes the use of colour digital photography by the way of photographic evidence in support of the survey.

SERVICES: for an additional fee the services; drains, electrical, heating and plumbing can be tested by specialists and reported on, if you make a specific request.
